Coronavirus Statement from CEO Danielle Render

Hey DVN Family,

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). At DVN Co., the health and safety of our community—our employees, customers, and partners—is our top priority.

At times like this, communication is key. Therefore, I’m writing to you all today, sharing what DVN is doing in response to this public health crisis and how we're aiming to ensure that your experience with us is minimally impacted during this time.

We’ll continue to provide you with the highest level of support and service you’ve come to expect from us at DVN. Most of our U.S. team is primarily remote around the country. Thus, as of now, nothing has changed with our support hours nor how you're able to contact us.

In regards to our Global Supply Chain Operations, we transparently rely heavily on the working climate in China and Pakistan. Thus, here are some things to know:

1. The manufacturing world is very dependent on China. When China shut down, it affected operations globally for many companies. As of today, there is no impact on our production operations.

2. Our Pakistan Team, an extension of our U.S. team, is currently working as normal with extreme precaution. We have shared best practice health tips and continue to communicate on a daily basis.

Just like here in the U.S., schools and universities are being shut down locally for a period of time.
At this time, there are no mandates in effect over factories as there are no local cases. However, our team in Pakistan (DVN Intl.) is very much so a part of this family, and their wellness is of extreme priority to us. We may decide as a Global Team to suspend the operations in our garment factory if conditions change in the local community.

Customers that are impacted by any delays will be informed. If you are not notified, then you can rest assured that your order is not impacted. We aim to be transparent and proactive during this time.

Our leadership team will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow the guidance of public health experts. We will also continue to monitor shipping operations with USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
