TIMELINE & ORDER DEADLINES
PAYMENT deadlines by homecoming month
SEPTEMBER: APRIL 30TH (Rush fee cutoff: may 30th)
OCTOBER: MAY 31st (Rush fee cutoff: June 30th)
NOVEMBER: JUNE 30TH (Rush fee cutoff: July 31st)
December: July 31st (Rush fee cutoff: August 31st)
Custom Homecoming orders take typically take 16-20 weeks from start to finish after payment. This includes design + production, with up to 12 weeks strictly dedicated to production.
If you'd like your order delivered a month or so earlier, please be prepared to pay earlier.
Late orders are subject of rush fees ranging from 25%-100% of the invoice value, depending on the timeline and complexity of your order.
Start Dates Are Scheduled in a Queue
Orders are prioritized in the order they are received. Paying does not mean we are able to start immediately. As we have a queue of orders, your design phase will begin based on the next available slot. Your Client Advisor will let you know when to be able to expect your first design draft date based on the queue at the time you are ready to make the payment to begin your project.

We only accept a limited number of custom orders per Homecoming month. Once spots fill up, we stop accepting orders for that month.
Our goal is to deliver your order at least two weeks before your Homecoming weekend—but that only happens if we have enough time to design, produce, and deliver your piece properly.

set your project up for success
Our custom apparel is custom-manufactured from scratch, and Homecoming is our busiest season of the year. With that, your production timeline is fixed at allowance of 12 weeks. That means any delays in design will not shorten production time—they may delay your delivery.
If you need custom logos, illustrations, or complex garment designs, submit your order payment early to allow time for revisions. The longer the design process takes, the later your order will arrive.
