Step-by-Step Guide

Part One: Submit Your Inquiry

  • Custom Garment Initiation Fee: A $50 fee ensures our team dedicates time to your custom apparel project.
  • Form Submission: Provide details about your vision, quantity, item specifics, design sketches, and deadlines using our online form for the most accurate quote.

Part Two: Receive Your Quote

  • Quick Response: Expect a detailed quote within 5 business days.
  • Clarifications: We may reach out for additional details to ensure accuracy.

Part Three: Payment Options

  • Full Payment or 50% Deposit: Choose between full payment upfront or a 50% deposit with the balance due in 4 weeks.
  • Group/Individual Payments: Group payments preferred; individual payments require full upfront payment. 'Pay in 4' or financing options require full invoice payment.

Part Four: Design Process

  • Design Phase: Our designers create your mock-up upon payment. To protect our interests, we don't provide free mock-ups.
  • Mock-up Service: A $150 non-refundable fee, credited towards your order, for a pre-order design mock-up.
  • Custom Graphics: Additional fees for custom artwork ($100-250 per design). If you opt for a design mock-up before proceeding with an order, the custom graphic fees are also due before we can get started.
  • Feedback: Review and provide feedback on your mock-up. Adjustments can be made to align with your vision.
  • Intellectual Property: We retain rights to all graphics and designs. Replicating or using our designs with other companies is strictly prohibited.

Part Five: Production and Delivery

  • Production Timeline: Please allow 8-12 weeks for production after design approval, plus shipping time.
  • Updates: Our production team is wholly dedicated to meticulously crafting your custom garments. During this phase, we provide limited updates, as our focus is on ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail for each piece.
  • Shipping: Items are shipped from our international garment factory to the USA Office/Warehouse, then to you. All invoiced custom order shipments include signature confirmation and insurance.
